There are two levels of cNOC Services for Cisco network infrastructure:

  • cNOC ASSIST delivers monitoring and alert triage, notification of system updates, proactive checks on infrastructure, and reporting via a secure Web portal.
  • cNOC COMPLETE adds another layer of services focused on deep remediation/ troubleshooting, problem reporting, and coordination with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and management services.
