I hereby request access to the Company Information.  I acknowledge that I may not be granted access to the Company Information and, if granted access, Sirius can revoke access at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to comply with the conditions of access or if anything in this certification becomes inaccurate. I will not attempt to download, scan, copy, print or otherwise capture any of the Company Information, except that I may print Company Information for which the print capability has been enabled by the Sirius financial information web site. I understand that the information on this site has been prepared to assist prospective investors in making their own evaluation of a potential investment in the Senior Notes, but that Sirius does not represent the information as being all-inclusive or as containing all information that may be desirable or required in order to properly evaluate a potential investment in the Senior Notes.
