Based in Chicago, Tom Neville currently leads the Sirius sales organizations for both the Central and Southeast Regions.
Mr. Neville began his career at XL/Datacomp, where he worked for two years prior to joining Sirius in 1990 as an account executive in San Antonio. In 1994, he was promoted to regional sales manager and moved to Chicago to open Sirius’ first office in the Midwest. He helped Sirius expand into Detroit, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cleveland and Columbus, territories that helped solidify Sirius in the Midwest region.
In 1999, Mr. Neville was promoted to vice president of Sales, and had responsibility for Sirius sales nationally with a focus on growing the company’s presence in the East region. In 2003, he was promoted to senior vice president of Sales, and continued to help Sirius manage client and vendor relationships across the United States. In 2017, Mr. Neville accepted national sales responsibility for the fast-growing Sirius Managed Services business. He was proud to lead a team that produced record results for the practice, reaching its highest revenue number ever.
Mr. Neville supports local charities including New Foundation of Hope, Young Life, Western Springs Foundation for Educational Excellence, United Way and Benet Academy.
Mr. Neville was the first employee inducted into the Sirius Hall of Fame. He holds a degree in English from Eastern Illinois University.
