As vice president in charge of Meta7, a division of Sirius, Paul Zajdel works with clients to maximize their investments in Oracle technologies. By focusing on the entire Oracle stack, Mr. Zajdel can advise clients on a cohesive strategy involving applications, middleware, database, hardware infrastructure, and ultimately their journey to the cloud.

Mr. Zajdel joined Sirius with the acquisition of Forsythe in 2017. He joined Forsythe in 1998, and from 2003 to 2011 held a leadership position with Forsythe’s Sun, IBM and HP server and storage business, helping clients strategically optimize their investments with UNIX and storage infrastructure—and in the process helped make Forsythe one of the largest Sun partners in North America. Mr. Zajdel left Forsythe from 2011 to 2015, but returned in 2015 to launch a new division called Meta7, which provided a comprehensive professional service capability around the Oracle stack.

Mr. Zajdel has 29 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2011 to 2013 he served as the vice president of sales at Dewpoint, and from 2013 to 2015 he was at Oracle serving in the Alliance and Channels organization before returning to Forsythe in 2015. Prior to 1998, Mr. Zajdel was an account executive at Sayers and Kissane, focusing on providing integrated solutions to large corporate clients.

Mr. Zajdel has served on Oracle’s partner advisory council since 2015, and had previously served on Sun, IBM and HP’s partner advisory councils. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
