Mark Tarmy is responsible for leading the Sirius IT Consulting practice, which helps clients apply technologies that enable them to solve their most complex business problems and to meet their business and transformational objectives. He brings over 25 years of experience to his role, including strategy development, e-commerce, data, product management and development, services delivery, software development, digital experience and transformation, M&A due diligence and integration, operations excellence, enterprise architecture, analytics, IT financials, emerging technologies, and complex managed services.
Mr. Tarmy’s leadership positions have included CIO/CTO; senior business, services delivery, product management, and operations P&L roles; and consulting thought leadership across North America, Europe, and Asia. Areas of industry expertise include financial services, securities pricing, data publishing and redistribution, manufacturing, healthcare, and utilities.
The Sirius IT Consulting practice offers the full life cycle of transformational consulting services, ranging from the development of a high-level strategy through implementation. Areas of focus for the IT Consulting group include Strategic Planning, DevOps, Hybrid Cloud Transformation, IT Transformation, Service Management, Digital Workspace, Blockchain, IoT, Incident Preparedness, Business Justification and Cost Transparency, Automation, Enterprise Architecture, M&A and Divestiture, and Integration.
Mr. Tarmy received his BS in Engineering and MS in Industrial Engineering (MSIA/MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University.
