As vice president in charge of Security Solutions, Kevin Casson is responsible for leading a team of highly talented, certified cybersecurity professionals who consult with clients to evaluate their environments to manage risk and ensure the security of their IT and businesses. His team’s focus includes infrastructure, data & application, intelligence & analytics, threat & vulnerability management, identity & access management, program strategy & operations, and cloud security.
Mr. Casson joined Sirius with the acquisition of Forsythe in 2017. He joined Forsythe in 2012, and from 2012 to 2015 held a leadership position with Forsythe’s Sun, IBM and HP server and storage business, helping clients strategically optimize their investments with UNIX and storage infrastructure. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Casson led Forsythe’s largest technical presales team, which was responsible for driving all vendor relationships and managing the architects in the Central US for network, security, systems, storage, and cloud solutions.
Prior to joining Forsythe, Mr. Casson worked in various leadership positions in the technology space. From 1989 to 1993, he was a systems engineer at IBM. Subsequently, Mr. Casson spent 13 years as an IT executive responsible for operations, application development and infrastructure technology at Target Corporation. He then joined MSI to run Professional Services and onboard Hewlett-Packard as a strategic partner for the firm.
