As General Counsel, Justin Sobey is responsible for all of Sirius’ legal affairs, including providing counsel and guidance for mergers and acquisitions, litigation, dispute resolution, contract negotiations, corporate governance, and compliance and security.

Prior to joining Sirius, Mr. Sobey was in private practice at large international law firms for over 10 years. He also served as a judicial law clerk for a United States district court judge.

Mr. Sobey holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and law degree from Baylor University School of Law.
