As senior vice president of Managed Services, Jay Johnson provides executive leadership in developing the strategy and direction for Sirius Managed Services. He is responsible for managed service delivery across all platforms and solutions for Sirius’ clients.

Mr. Johnson brings over 26 years of IT industry experience, focusing on managed services, cloud, engineering and operational maturity. Under his leadership, Sirius delivers operational excellence to our clients and has achieved top industry recognition.

Prior to joining Sirius in 2004, Mr. Johnson was the director of Services and Operations for one of the leaders in the outsourcing industry. He has held various leadership positions managing professional services teams, as well as being a senior architect and engineer.

Mr. Johnson is a contributing technical author, and a popular public speaker on the subject of managed services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
