Mr. Gourley serves as the technical leader for infrastructure pre-sales and services engineers in the Southwest region. He also provides strategic direction for Sirius’ overall storage business. Since joining Sirius in 2005, Mr. Gourley has served as the VP of Infrastructure Strategy, director of Storage Solutions, and as a storage solutions architect.
Before joining Sirius, Mr. Gourley served as a senior technical consultant for EMC, architecting storage solutions for companies in the manufacturing, financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance and banking industries. Prior to EMC, he held various positions at Silicon Graphics, where he gained experience and knowledge architecting and implementing HPC, CAD/CAM, graphics, and storage solutions for SMB and fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Gourley has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry as a customer, manufacturer and systems integrator, across technical disciplines that include programming, database, networking, servers, software, graphics, HPC, UNIX, Linux, Windows, converged infrastructure, and storage. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
