Cindi Soukup is responsible for overseeing the pre- and post-sales Infrastructure Solution teams in the Mid-Central region, supporting the continued growth in delivering strategic infrastructure solutions to our clients based on industry best practices and standards.

Mrs. Soukup has more than 30 years of experience managing infrastructure teams both in the client and partner environments. She joined Sirius in 2010 as manager of Networking Services with the acquisition of MSI Systems Integrators. In the six years that she managed it, the Networking Services practice saw an average of 30 percent annual growth, and recently surpassed $20 million in annual services revenue.

Prior to joining Sirius, Mrs. Soukup held system engineering roles and infrastructure manager positions for ConAgra Foods, and was assistant vice president at a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary in Omaha, Nebraska.
