Becki Erikson brings 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with the last 15 years at Forsythe/Sirius. She has a keen ability to take abstract ideas, programs and solutions, and operationalize them into actionable plans that result in growing both top- and bottom-line revenue. Ms. Erikson is a strong leader, collaborator and team player with experience in successfully developing and executing strategic initiatives.

Since 2015, Ms. Erikson has been focused on enhancing the Security team, performance and brand, and since the acquisition of Forsythe has worked on expanding the Managed Application Services capabilities for Sirius. Through DDS Operations, Data, Digital and Security employees are effectively ramped into the organization and offered opportunities for continued learning through certifications and quarterly training, as well as ongoing programs to enable the company at large with Security-focused programs and initiatives.
