Registration is open and the agenda finalized for the sixth-annual Sirius Madness event, the Carolinas’ premier technology conference. The conference combines the excitement of college basketball, St. Patrick’s Day, and all-star partners showcasing their innovative technologies. This year, Sirius Madness will be held on March 17, 2016 at the Westin Charlotte in North Carolina.
The 2016 Sirius Madness is expected to be the biggest yet, with an estimated 50 breakout sessions ranging from solutions-focused presentations and panel discussions to technical deep dives and much more. “2015 was a whirlwind of change and innovation in the IT world,” said Jeremiah Cook, Sirius vice president of Strategic Initiatives and lunchtime keynote speaker. “I’m looking forward to another great Madness event, where we can share and network with our clients and peers and talk about new products and technologies that are going to have a major impact on our careers and our businesses.”
Sirius Madness was designed to provide rich technical content in a casual and fun atmosphere. After reviewing a record number of submissions, the Madness panel of industry experts selected what they view as the best content for 2016.
The Madness technical sessions will cover today’s most relevant IT topics, including DevOps; private, hybrid and public cloud; end-user computing; security; and more. “We are also very happy to have Gene Kim, co-author of The Phoenix Project, as the keynote speaker,” Nash said. “Many in our industry have read this book, and found similarities in their own challenges as IT departments undergo transformation.”
