The IBM Beacon Award for Outstanding Technical Support Services Solution was given in recognition of Sirius Maintenance Services offerings, including exclusive online tools that provide comprehensive, multivendor hardware and software contract management, which helps reduce maintenance costs through consolidated contracts, customized billing, and invoice management.
