At their first annual Nutanix Now partner conference earlier this month in Denver, CO, Nutanix awarded Sirius the Outstanding Momentum award, and Sirius’ Director of Converged Infrastructure Steve Dowling the NVP Technology award. In total, five North American partner organizations and two individuals received special recognition for their achievements with Nutanix in the past year.

According to Nutanix, “Sirius is firing on all cylinders, from the number of client executives and sales engineers with Nutanix certifications, to pipeline growth, marketing and field events.” Sirius has closed Nutanix sales in as little as 17 days, and Nutanix is on track to be one of Sirius’ fastest-growing partners. Sirius Vice President of Corporate Alliances and Inside Sales Deborah Bannworth commented, “Nutanix is a fantastic partner for Sirius. Their technologies, people and Google legacy make them a very compelling offering. Nutanix is a positively disruptive solution!”
Steve Dowling helped rally his organization around Nutanix by making it a major strategic offering in Sirius’ converged solutions portfolio. He also made it mandatory for members of his technical team to complete a Nutanix Platform Professional training class. Dowling commented, “I think Nutanix is one of the most disruptive technologies in the market right now. It really enables you to bring cloud into the enterprise and speak reasonably about private cloud.”
