Executive Bio: Jeremiah Cook, VP of Strategic Initiatives

As vice president of Strategic Initiatives, Jeremiah Cook leverages his experience and relationships and his understanding of the Sirius organization to help clients continue to improve their IT organizations and their businesses.

Mr. Cook started Cook Consulting Services in 2004 to focus on providing IT professional services to small business clients in Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas. Between 2004 and 2008, he built a team of six engineers providing professional services in the areas of server virtualization, desktop virtualization and storage.

In 2008, Mr. Cook merged his business with Weiss IT Consulting, started by Dan Weiss, to form Varrow, Inc. with a focus on providing storage, virtualization and disaster recovery solutions to larger clients throughout the Carolinas and southern Virginia. He served as the CTO of Varrow from 2008 until 2013, and CEO from 2013 until the company’s acquisition by Sirius Computer Solutions in 2015.

Between its founding in 2008 and its acquisition in 2015, Varrow became a top regional solutions provider, won many growth and engineering excellence awards, and grew from eight to 165 employees.
